This image was taken during my commute home to Downtown Jersey City. I'm a bike commuter. It's been a weird summer with all the thunder storms rolling through the tri-state area. This storm started about the time I made it across the NYwaterway ferry ride to Paulus Hook. It was like the skies opened up and dumped water for 10 minutes. I knew I was in trouble when I took this picture. Luckily I have a nice Chrome Transport Messenger bag that is waterproof because the camera would been destroyed without it.

Raining days in NYC
